- 4-5 onion and 4-5 green chili slicing
- soybean oil 100ml or olive oil
- 3spoon garlic blended
- 2spoon ginger blended
- 1/2 half (yellow powder,red chili powder,cumin powder)
- hotspices (Bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorn) or beef curry powder readymix
- water 1cup
